The Challenge: Now that we can do anything, what should we do?
How do we “up our game” in terms of innovation, risk-taking, entrepreneurship, and effectiveness by re-thinking the roles of training and development — or risk becoming irrelevant?
With your help we will explore a range of these technologies and resources and discuss some of the promises, issues and dilemmas they hold for workplace learning.
The objective of this session is to engage you in thinking about some alternative scenarios for how people might learn in the workplace.
